Summer Circle 19th June 2021
How are you in these summer days? As we approach the summer solstice, so much in nature is blooming. I want to tell you that I am blooming too, in some ways I am, but I am also experiencing a tiring of my scheduled life, I feel like the Selkie women who has been on land for too long and has a deep pull to get back to her ‘sea cave’. I literally feel like I am drying out, my capacity for organizing and being productive is diminishing. I feel a deep yearning for the sea and to drop the schedule for a while. I love what Anne Morrow Lindbergh says that when we take time out –“life rushes back into the void, richer, more vivid, fuller than before.”
